Changing your mind
You may cancel a standard catalogue card or print order without giving a reason until 14 days after delivery. If one order arrives in separate parts, that period starts after the last item arrives. This includes standard catalogue prints produced after an order is placed.
Email hello@henryforder.com with a clear cancellation request and your order reference. I will provide return instructions. Send the goods back within 14 days of telling me you wish to cancel; please do not send them directly to the print lab unless instructed.
For a change of mind, you pay the return postage. Please package the items securely and keep proof of posting.
Refunds
I will refund the returned goods using the original payment method, without a refund fee, within 14 days of receiving them or your evidence of return, whichever is earlier. If you cancel the whole order, the refund includes standard outward delivery. Any extra cost for a premium delivery service is not refundable under this change-of-mind policy.
A deduction may apply for handling beyond what is reasonably needed to inspect the goods, where permitted by law.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Email me so I can arrange the appropriate refund, replacement or other remedy, including reasonable return costs where applicable. Photographs can help explain the problem, but are not a condition of your legal rights.
Personalised and specially commissioned work
Any cancellation exception for a genuinely personalised or specially commissioned product will be explained before that order is agreed. Printing a standard photograph to order does not, by itself, remove the cancellation policy above. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
Optional cancellation message
You can use the following wording in an email, or send any other clear statement that you wish to cancel:
