Who is responsible
Henry Forder, trading as Henry Forder Photography, is responsible for the personal information used to handle your enquiry or order. Contact me at hello@henryforder.com.
Information and purposes
I use the contact details and messages you provide to answer enquiries, and your order, payment-status and delivery details to fulfil purchases, arrange delivery and handle returns. Providing the necessary contact and delivery information is required to fulfil an order.
Order processing and steps you request before a purchase are necessary for our contract. I rely on my legitimate interests in answering other enquiries and keeping this website secure, and on legal obligations for required accounting records.
The hosting services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details and request logs to deliver and protect the website.
Service providers
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Email is provided through Apple iCloud. If you use online checkout, Stripe handles payment; I do not receive your full card number.
Where needed to fulfil a print order, I share your delivery details and relevant order information with WhiteWall and delivery companies. I do not sell customer information or add you to a marketing mailing list because you place an order.

Providers may process information outside the UK, including in Europe and the United States. Their notices explain the applicable transfer arrangements, including adequacy decisions and contractual safeguards. You can contact me for further information about the providers used for your order.
Keeping information
I keep order records for the applicable accounting and tax retention periods and as needed to resolve returns, disputes or legal claims. Enquiries are kept while they are being dealt with and reviewed for deletion when no longer needed, unless they form part of an order record.
Browser storage and cookies
The shop remembers your basket in your browser for the current session. Hosting and payment services may also use cookies or similar technologies for their operation and security, as described in their notices. I have not added advertising trackers or a marketing analytics service to this website.
Your rights and concerns
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access or correct your information, request deletion, restrict or object to its use, or obtain a portable copy. Contact me to exercise these rights or raise a concern.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
